In traditional yoga, whole-body health, resilience, and vitality are understood to be reflections of the strength, clarity, and balance of one’s aura—the electromagnetic field that surrounds and sustains us. When the aura is strong it provides an inner stamina that stabilizes the immune system, protects from external influences, and frees the yogi from the weight of mental entanglement.

Yet the awareness and intentional relationship of this subtle system is often missing in modern yoga.

The health of the aura is intimately connected to the health of the nadis (energetic channels) and the nervous system. Together, they form the groundwork for advanced yogic practices, supporting both physical vitality and subtle spiritual growth.
