Join April  in this 6 week yoga class series and uncover your relationship with the body as a temple, a sacred framework that when approached with sincerity, gratitude and intention, becomes a doorway to remember the vast sea of sacred within.

The practice of yoga, when approached with intelligence and an understanding of the systems that support it —guṇas, doṣas, cakras, elements, saṃskāras and more—unfolds a unique formula that will always guide one home.

It brings results. But not just any results.

The result of remembering.

Remembering what is home....

What is home? A sense of inner ease. A settling into the space within. The softening of the edges of the body and mind. An untethering in time.

The outer world and modern space tells us to bind, to this, to that. To this label, that event, this identity, this item. Continuous outward grasping, the hoarding.

We do the same with the mind, hoarding thoughts, stories, identities, attachments, obsessions.

Yoga reminds us to shed, its a formula that sheds. In the shedding something becomes clear, the shining temple within, without.

The work has never really been about becoming something, but rather the uncovering, becoming nothing?

Yep, this is vague.

Or is it?

The Inner Temple. Let's come together, to move back within.

This series counts for a minimum of  6+ CEU hours for members of Yoga Alliance.
